A fast Solana-based decentralized exchange (DEX) and automated market maker (AMM) that shares liquidity with orderbooks to deliver low-cost, high-speed trading and yield opportunities.
What is Raydium?
Raydium is an AMM and liquidity provider built on Solana. It provides on-chain liquidity to order books (historically Serum, and integrations like OpenBook), enabling efficient trades, swaps, liquidity pools, farms, and staking — all accessible by connecting an SPL-compatible wallet.
Key Features
AMM + Orderbook access: Hybrid model that combines automated market-making with orderbook liquidity for better execution.
Swaps & Trading: Fast token swaps with low Solana fees.
Liquidity Pools & Farming: Provide liquidity to pools and earn fees + farming rewards.
Staking & Yield: Stake RAY or participate in on‑platform reward programs.
Launchpad & Pools: Participate in token launches and community pools when available.
Wallet Support: Connect with Phantom, Solflare, Ledger, WalletConnect and other SPL wallets to interact non‑custodially.
Quick Start — Using Raydium
Get an SPL wallet: Install and fund a Solana-compatible wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Ledger via Solflare/Phantom) and keep ~0.05 SOL for fees.
Connect your wallet: Visit raydium.io and click Connect — choose your wallet and approve the connection in your wallet app/extension.
Swap tokens: Use the Swap tab to choose token pairs, review slippage/fees, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Add liquidity: Go to Pools or Liquidity, supply both tokens in a pair, and approve the transaction to become an LP.
Farm & stake: Stake LP tokens or RAY in farms/pools to earn rewards; monitor impermanent loss and rewards APY.
Use Launchpad/Events: Join token launches or community pools from the Raydium interface when available.
Tip: Start with small amounts to learn the flow and double-check slippage and token contract addresses to avoid scams.
Security & Best Practices
Raydium is not a custodian — your keys stay in your connected wallet. Never share seed phrases or private keys.
Only use the official raydium.io site and verify the domain/SSL certificate to avoid phishing clones.
Be aware of impermanent loss when providing liquidity; consider time horizon and exposure.
Use hardware wallets (Ledger) for higher security when interacting with large holdings.
No — Raydium is a DEX/AMM protocol and web interface. Wallet functionality (key management) is provided by your connected SPL wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Ledger, etc.).
What fees will I pay?
You pay Solana network (SOL) transaction fees and any protocol or liquidity provider fees reflected in swap quotes; Raydium's interface shows estimated fees before you confirm.
Can I use Raydium on mobile?
Yes — use a mobile browser and connect your mobile wallet (e.g., Phantom mobile or WalletConnect flows); Raydium is progressively improving mobile friendliness.
